We collect your personal information (contact information) when you purchase tickets from us, donate to us, or express an interest in knowing more about what we do. We collect your credit card information only to process orders and destroy that information in a timely manner.

- Thank you for your support and foster involvement with the Choir
- Complete sales transactions (e.g. tickets and CDs)
- Send you products (e.g. tickets, CDs)
- Send you documents (e.g. tax receipts)
- Send you information about the Choir’s activities
- Ask you to support our work.
We keep a history of our association with you to help us build a more positive relationship.
We do not share our mailing list with other organizations. We sometimes use a third party service to help us get in touch with you (e.g. an email service). We only use services that ensure your information is well protected.
We protect your information by restricting access to authorized personnel and using physical and technological methods to store your data in as safe a way as possible.
